In the event of a sudden blockage, water backflow, or other emergency conditions, fast and professional assistance is crucial. We provide emergency sewage and drain cleaning services designed to immediately resolve unexpected and operationally critical situations.
We intervene in cases of clogged toilets, sinks, risers, house connections, horizontal sewers, and rain downpipes, both in apartment buildings and houses, as well as in commercial and industrial facilities. Our goal is the fastest possible restoration of system functionality and the minimization of property damage.

Operation and emergency service fees
We provide emergency drain cleaning services outside of regular business hours, specifically on working days from 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM, as well as on weekends and public holidays. During these times, we are ready to respond to acute emergency states and ensure the rapid restoration of sewer functionality.
Due to the intervention occurring outside standard working hours, the emergency service is subject to a surcharge of CZK 2,000 excluding VAT, in addition to the standard price list. Before starting the intervention, we are able to provide the customer with an approximate estimate of the expected cost of the work performed, so they have a clear illustrative idea of the scope of the intervention and the price conditions. The final price is always determined based on the actual tasks performed and the scope of work at the site.
For emergency interventions, we use modern professional technology, including mechanical and high-pressure cleaning equipment, which allows for the effective removal of deposits, grease, encrustations, or other obstacles in the pipes. If necessary, we also perform a CCTV sewer inspection, which allows us to precisely identify the cause of the problem and choose the optimal solution.
Our technicians have years of experience, working systematically and with regard to the technical condition of the pipes. We provide clients with clear information about the cause of the emergency and recommendations on how to prevent the problem from recurring in the future.
Step by step to a functional sewer system …
After receiving a telephone request, we evaluate the urgency of the situation and immediately dispatch a technician with a fully equipped vehicle. A standard call-out includes both mechanical and pressure cleaning technologies, as well as camera equipment for inspection and fault localization. Upon arrival at the site, the technician will briefly explain the proposed procedure and, after approval, proceed with the intervention itself. We always ensure minimal disruption to the operation of the household or business premises.
