Trenchless sewer repairs

About the service

Trenchless sewer pipe rehabilitation using rehabilitation packers (so-called house packers) represents a modern and non-invasive method for local repair of damaged sewer sections without the need for excavation or demolition work.

This technology allows for the targeted sealing of cracks, leaks, or minor perforations directly inside the pipe. A packer is inserted into the sewer, onto which a fiberglass or felt patch impregnated with a special epoxy resin is attached. The packer is pressurized with air, pressing the patch against the pipe wall, where it remains firmly bonded to the substrate after curing.

Advantages of this method:

  • fast and efficient repair without disturbing surrounding structures
  • suitable for internal house drainage and horizontal sewer lines
  • minimal disruption to building operations

Applications

  • House drainage
  • Sewer connections
  • Rainwater downpipes
  • Sewer mains

Trenchless technology allows us to repair damaged pipes without the need for digging or disturbing the surrounding terrain. We save you time, costs, and the environment, as there is no need to dismantle roads, paving, or greenery. For small pipe diameters, we utilize a house packer, which is a rubber-textile hose.

Another widely used and professional technique is repairing damaged pipes using a rehabilitation liner, where a special resin-impregnated liner is inserted into the existing pipe. After being pressurized with air, the liner cures, creating a new, strong, and self-supporting pipe directly inside the old one.

Trenchless sectional sewer repair using a packer

This is a method for repairing sewers with minor damage, such as leaking joints, cracks, sealing off connections, etc. The advantages include short repair times and the long service life of the rehabilitation insert. It is suitable for diameters DN 75 – 250 mm.
