Rules for charging emergency call-out surcharges
- Standard working hours – Monday to Friday 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (no surcharge)
- Outside standard working hours – i.e., during evening and night hours 5:00 PM – 7:00 AM, on weekends and public holidays, a surcharge of 2,000 CZK excluding VAT is charged for each emergency call-out
All listed prices and the emergency call-out surcharge are stated excluding VAT.
